What formats can I upload as source material?

How does the fact-checking actually work?

Three separate Claude AI calls run for every piece of content. Call 1 is a completeness check: it reviews the extracted facts and flags anything that seems missing or under-represented before generation begins. Call 2 generates the content itself, using only the verified facts. Call 3 is the grounding audit: it compares every claim in the output against the source and labels each as ✅ Grounded, ⚠️ Unverified, or ❌ Contradicts Source. You see all three labels before you copy anything.

Can I use Zeplyn for regulated promotional content (e.g. HCP-facing material)?

Zeplyn generates content drafts. It does not replace your regulatory review process. Any claims flagged as Unverified or Contradicts Source should be reviewed by your medical affairs or regulatory team before publication. Zeplyn is designed to make the review process faster and more traceable, not to bypass it. We recommend treating every output as a first draft requiring expert sign-off for promotional or clinical content.

Is my source data used to train AI models?

No. Your source documents are never stored, never shared, and never used to train any AI model, including Claude. Files are deleted from our systems immediately after fact extraction. The extracted facts themselves are held only in your session and deleted when you close the generation session. We are aligned with India's DPDP Act 2023 and follow GDPR-equivalent data minimisation principles.

What is the difference between Generate and Repurpose mode?

Generate Mode creates fresh content from a source document, perfect for turning a new whitepaper or clinical dataset into platform-ready posts. Repurpose Mode takes existing content (e.g. a LinkedIn post, a blog article) and adapts it for a different platform or audience, such as converting a founder post into a WhatsApp broadcast or reshaping a blog into a Reddit discussion thread. Both modes run through the same three-call grounding pipeline.

Do credits roll over if I don't use them all in a month?

No. Credits are reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month. If you find you consistently have leftover credits, you may be on the wrong plan. Reach out to support@zeplyn.in and we can help you right-size. Max plan users can also purchase additional overage credits at ₹15 per credit (minimum 50) if they exceed their monthly allocation.

Can I use Zeplyn for image generation too?

Is there a free trial or freemium tier?

Yes. All self-serve plans include a 5-day free trial. A valid card is required to start — you will not be charged until the trial ends. You get 5 content generations and 2 image credits to experience the full platform. Cancel any time before day 5 and you will not be billed. If you have questions before subscribing, email hello@zeplyn.in and we are happy to walk you through the platform.
